He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Waidley; his sons, David Grother (Joan) of Americus, Matthew Grother (Leslie) of Ozawkie, Nathan Grother (Linda) of Oskaloosa and Aaron Grother Lawrence (Leslie); his grandchildren, Ethan Grother (Britany) of Wamego, KS, David Grother II, Sana Monica of California, Ana Grother of Cambridge Mass, Molly Cunningham of Urbana Missouri, Samantha Johnson (Tony) of Garnett, Megan Grother, Dillion Grother of Topeka, Madison Grother of Grantville, Aryn Grother and Caleb Grother of Lawrence; his great grandchildren, Jackson Grother, Emma, Cecil and Gavin Cunningham; his sister Arlene Lynch of Burlington; and his brother-in-law Mike. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
