He was predeceased by: his parents, Harding Lewis and Lois Koppenhaver Lewis; and his brother Terry Allen Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Beverly K. Lewis; his stepdaughters, Kimberlee Smith (Adam) of Allen and Gwendolyn Kinsey of Emporia; his stepgrandchildren, Skylar Lamb, Jade Smith, Emily Cyphers and Vance Kinsey; and his brother Kirk Lewis of Americus.
