He was predeceased by: his father Jerry D. Holliday. He is survived by: his mother Betty Holliday of Neodesha; his sons, Brad Holliday (Emily) of Shawnee and Zachary Holliday (Jennifer) of Colorado Springs; his sisters, Chere Parker (David) of Independence, Dee Rush of Claremore, Tamm Masoner (Brian) of Conifer and Ashley Holliday of Fredonia; and his granddaughter Daphne Holliday.
