He is survived by: his parents, Mark Andrew Foster and Sherri Bryan of Altoona; his stepfather Jerrold Thurman of Salina; his children, Kieran Lee Michael Foster of Neodesha, Kody Lane Eugene Foster of Neodesha, Laynee Roby of Altoona and Landon Foster of Altoona; and his siblings, Heather Poeverlein of Altoona, Kyle Foster of Oklahoma, Jessica Foster of Oklahoma and Chase Foster of Oklahoma.
