She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Collins and Peggy Collins; and her children, Shilo Shawn Smith and Shylene Nicole Smith. She is survived by: her husband James Smith of Altoona; her daughters, Salena Dickerson of Independence and Tonia Raymond (Tim) of Altoona; and her siblings, Chuck, Mike Collins, Eva Shay and Teri Halfmann. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made in Ellen's name to the Verdigris Valley Charitable Health Clinic.
