He is survived by: his wife Wanda Beeson; his children, John Mustain (Brandi) of Altoona, Kansas and Donna Sandbothe (Stephen) of Neodesha, Kansas; his grandchildren, Jacob Sandbothe, Chance Mustain, Jace Sandbothe, Makayla Mustain and Mason Mustain; and his sister Jean Prosser (Karlos) of Jefferson City, Missouri..

Memorial remembrances are suggested to Shriners Hospital for Children or Altoona-Midway USD #387 Education Foundation and they may be left or mailed to Wickham Family Funeral Home, 510 North 7th, Fredonia, Kansas 66736.
