She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick J. Petersen and Vida B. Petersen (West); and her brothers, Howard and Jeffrey. She is survived by: her children, Michael Kent (Nancy), Alana Ayers (Tom), Kurtis (Michele) of Altoona and Christy Heaton (John) of Shawnee, KS.; her grandchildren, Brandon Nunnenkamp (Tammy), Brian Nunnenkamp (Kim), Brenda Broekemeier (Jake), Devon Douglas, Amy Schwindt (Aaron), Angie Lee (Jeff), Hannah Engelman (Aaron), Hunter Nunnenkamp, Tommy Ayers (Jill), Shana Ayers and Chad Ayers; her great grandchildren, Ty, Tucker Nunnenkamp, Claire Nunnenkamp, Cole, Carter Broekemeier, Payton, Bennett Douglas, Cooper, Corinne, Jillian Schwindt, Jace, Adair, Reece Lee, Avriel, Hiram Engleman, Logan, Sidney Ayers, Ashton, Nick Schemper, Blake and Braiden Ayers; her great great grandchildren, Adrianna Ayers and McCoy Schemper; her siblings, James Petersen of Kingman, KS, Clifford (Toni) of Spring City, TN, Doyle (Karen) of Garden City, KS and Cheryl Gaede of Wichita, KS; and her sisters-in-law, Nadine Nunnenkamp of Wichita, Donna (Chuck Reimer) of Wichita, Jeanette Nunnenkamp and Sharon Petersen of Abilene, KS. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
