It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Jolene Stringer of Altamont, Kansas, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Edmond and Elizabeth Ellen Kennedy (Fager); her grandson Byron Carter; and her siblings, Bill Kennedy, Larry Kennedy, Richard Kennedy, Paul Joseph Kennedy, Helen Ann Rush, Ada Marie Heenan and Cora Lou Kennedy.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Stringer; and her siblings, Edward Kennedy of Wichita, Kenny Kennedy of Los Angeles, Jack Kennedy of Bella Vista, Frank Kennedy of Bella Vista, Dorothy Cartwright of Humbold, Mary Kay Schooler of Seneca, Carolyn Robinson of Tucson and Sharon Woolf of Cape Coral, Florida.. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, One great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home (405 Main St, Parsons, KS 67357). A rosary was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:40 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
