Phyllis Madl Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Madl of Altamont, Kansas, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Moses and Eva May Shepard (Powell); her husband Ronald; her sons, David Madl and Michael; her son-in-law Andy Smith; and her brothers, Verlin Shepard and Delbert Shepard.

She is survived by: her daughter Debra K. Smith of Altamont; her grandchildren, Daniel Smith of Altamont, Kendra Smith (Brian Johnson) of Owasso and Kassia Bolden (Marshall) of Mound Valley; her great grandchildren, Allison Eisenhour, Reagen Smith, Blake Bolden and Riley Bolden; and her siblings, Chauncy Shepard of Strauss, Artie Lewis (Bob) of McGregor and Carolyn Moore of Humboldt, Kansas..

For all events, social distancing guidelines will be followed, including the requirement of face masks.
