He was predeceased by: his sister Cindy Dawn Herold; and his grandparents, Boyd, Mildred Hazell, Henry and Pauline Herold.
He is survived by: his parents, David Herold and Suzann Herold (Hazell); his sister Rebecca Helwig (Mark) of Altamont, KS; his nieces, Katelyn, Lauryn and Madisyn Helwig of Altamont; and his grandmother Neila Herold. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
