He is survived by: his wife Wanda Fortner; his daughter Cara Grant (Darren); his grandchildren, Ahnna, Keziah, Tabitha, Charis, Aletheia and Justice of Blanchard; his children, Amy Boatman (Jared) of Ponca City, Oklahoma. and Derrick Longan (Candace); and his grandsons, Brian and Phillip of Labette City.
