Robert Dale Diepenbrock Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2024, at the age of 90, Robert Dale Diepenbrock of Alma, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Diepenbrock and Hazel Diepenbrock (Skoog); his grandson Thomas Moffitt; his sisters, Doris St. John and Lois Metzenthin; his brothers-in-law, Steve Hackett, Glenn St. John and Bud Metzenthin; and his wife Janice Fernstrom Diepenbrock.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Diepenbrock (Paula), Brenda Moffitt (John) and Paul Diepenbrock (DeAnn); his grandchildren, George Diepenbrock (Lindsey), Ted Diepenbrock (Lindsey), Margaret Porter (Nic), Jacob Moffitt (Elizabeth), AJ Diepenbrock (Rachel) and Marci Diepenbrock; his great grandchildren, Leigh Diepenbrock, Will Diepenbrock, Graham Diepenbrock, Cash Diepenbrock, Neve Diepenbrock and Charlotte Diepenbrock; and his sister Jean Hackett. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. John Lutheran Church (218 W 2nd St, Alma, KS 66401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
They suggest memorials contributions to St. John Lutheran Church or Alma American legion and those may be sent in care of Campanella and Stewart Funeral Home.
