He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin R. Tracy and Maxine Tracy (Hoch). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Carol Simon; his children, Robert K. Tracy (Jenifer Dodd) of Broomfield, CO and Carol L. White (Dallas J.) of Wamego, KS; and his sister Ann Elizabeth Holloway of Ardmore, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
