He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stout and Mildred Stout (Bennett); and his brother Cecil Stout. He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Carris of Alden, KS; his children, Philip Stout (Lisa) of Sterling, KS and Kimberly Park (Willard) of Marquette, KS; his brother Gordon Stout (Bonnie) of Fort Smith, AR; his grandchildren, Jacob Stout of Sterling, KS, Taryn Stout of Sterling, KS and Elizabeth Park of Marquette, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Tresa, Jessica, Travis, Andrew and Steven.
Memorials may be given to the Alden Baptist Church in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
