She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Simmons and Marie Simmons (Cox); her siblings, Lucille, Margaret, Charles and Allen; and her brother-in-law Francis Judd.

She is survived by: her brothers, Raymond of Great Bend, KS and Robert (JoAnn) of Goodland, KS. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Phillips County Retirement Center.
