He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hall and Zella Hall (Munyon); and his brother-in-law Bill Bright. He is survived by: his wife Pat (Mohrman); his stepchildren, Natalie Rickel (Jim), Dave Phinney (Deb) of Grand Island, NE, Jeanette Meissinger (Doug) of Goodland, KS and Kristie Nickel (Chad) of McCook, NE; his sister Donna Bright of Portland, OR; his grandchild Carissa Stritt (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Avery, Leah and Kasen; his grandson Brandon Howell (Shannon); his great grandchild Malea; and his grandchildren, Brett Meissinger, Trisha Haag (Alan), Sarah Phinney, Rachel Shafer (Jackson), Nicole Phinney, Baylor and Layton Winters. He is also survived by 3 nieces and several cousins.
