He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie David Russell; his wife Janet Molzahn; his mother Julia Russell (Ragsdale); his siblings, Andy, Albert Russell, Norma Rebarcheck and Clara Britton; and his siblings-in-law, Edward McElhaney, Milton Rebarcheck, Earl Britton, Madeline Russell and Barbara Russell.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Wilber (William) of Chappell, Katie Carroll (Todd) of Quinter, Steven Russell (Tanya) of Woodlake and Kenny Russell of Park; his stepchildren, Bill Molzahn (Melanie) of Agra, James Molzahn (Sarah) of Agra and Michele Jones (Mike) of Marion; and his siblings, Loyd Russell (Wanda) of WaKeeney, Ralph Russell (Gayle) of Smith Center, Alice Wing (Bill) of Salina and Ruth McElhaney of Quinter. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
