He was predeceased by: his parents, William Griggs and Sue Griggs (Morrison); and his brothers, Roy and Ryan. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Griggs of Devine, Jordan Ward (Paul) of Manassas and Virginia; his stepdaughter Brooke Langdon of Denver; his son Travis Griggs of Wichita; his stepson Nolan Langdon of Lawrence; his nephew Jarrod Griggs of Manhattan; his granddaughter Caydence Negrete; and his stepgrandson Watson St. John.
Memorial contributions may be made to the William Griggs Memorial Fund for the benefit of the Solomon School athletics program or the local Meals on Wheels program that Bill loved and donated his time and infectious personality.
