He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Harris and Emma Harris (Zernickow); his wife Virginia A. Stark of Alta Vista; and his siblings, Eldridge Harris, Maryette Shuck and Ordella Liley.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Bowers (Robin) of Marquette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
