It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Edna Hicks of Abilene, Kansas, born in Montcalm, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Beverly Sheets and Virgie Sheets (Johnson); her daughter Cindy Jones (Roy) of Hutchinson; her husband Richard Hicks; and her sons, Gary Hicks and Robert Hicks. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
