He is survived by: his wife Dona; his children, Kimberly, Steven and Jeffery; his brother Sam; his sister-in-law Carol; and his family Terry. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be given to the St. John's Episcopal Church.
