She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Cook and Verna Cook (Beadleston). She is survived by: her close friend James Adee (Jim); her son Ryan (Abilene) of Abilene; her husband Jim; her daughter Ashley Shively (Dave) of Carlton; her grandchildren, Braden Anguiano, Katelyn Shively, Jasmine Arnold, Summer Arnold, Slade Adee, Drake Adee, Rowan and Harper; her brother-in-law Jerry Adee; and her cousin Dixie Cravens.
