He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Wilkins and Greta Wilkins (Van Buskirk); and his former wife Andrea Beth Norton. He is survived by: his son Jason (Jenny) of Abilene; his wife Angie Woolslayer; his son Tim (Kara) of Abilene; his grandchildren, Nolan, Avery, Tyler and Keaton; his brothers, Rick (Sharon) of Menomonie, WI and Randy (Maria) of Omaha, NE.; and his stepchildren, Lisa, Cindy, Mike and Richard Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
