With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby E Winters in Abilene, Kansas, born in Council Grove, Kansas, who passed away on October 8, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Miller and Maggie Miller (Davis); her husband Bud; her daughter Susan Mosiman; her grandson Guy Winters, Jr.; her great grandchild Sterling McAvoy; and her siblings, Beatrice, John, Kenneth, Clayton and Vernon.
She is survived by: her sons, Guy Winters (Ann) of Abilene and Mark Winters (Teena) of Lakeland; her grandchildren, Shelly Picking (Matt), Becky Ryan, Sara McAvoy (Austin), Kodee Winters (Amanda), Balee, Rilee Winters, Mandi Ridenour (Chris) and Penny Foster; and her brother Marvin Miller. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
