He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Allen and Marjorie Allen (Livingood); his sons, Jon R. Allen and Chris J. Allen; his grandchildren, Katie Jo Allen, Reid Allen and Alyssa Huesman; and his brother Keith Allen.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Shriners Hospital for Children or to St. Luke's Children's Hospital.
