She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Neil and Mamie O'Neil; her siblings, James Eldon O'Neil and Mary Francis O'Neil (Breshears); and her son Mark Kooser.
She is survived by: her daughter Marsha Voran (Kooser); her son-in-law Joel Voran of Leawood, KS; her son Staton Kooser; her daughter-in-law Jody Kooser of Abilene, KS; her son Greg Kooser of Brooklyn, NY.; her sisters-in-law, Sharon Durkees and Linda Bond; and her grandchildren, Christina Frank (Kenny), Ryan Kooser, Diane Kooser, Matt Kooser, Mike Kooser, Erica Anderson (Jon), Ben Voran (Jaclyn) and Ashley Mitts (Zach). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Andrew's Catholic Church (311 S Buckeye Ave, Abilene, KS 67410). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at the Mt. St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Andrews Catholic School in her memory.
