Lee Mills Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Mills of Abilene, Kansas, who passed away on November 8, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Mills and Cora Mills (Apperson); his child Lee; his siblings, Ilene Ansberry, Wayne and Marvin; his daughter-in-law Deb Mills; and also Wayne McZegle.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Schweitzer of Milford; his children, Susan McZegle of Enid, OK, Leanne Mills, Melvin (Talmage), Randy, Larry (Kathy) and Kent (Sarah Mills); his grandsons, Bill, Travis (Kristen), Andrew (Heather), Mitchem, Ryan, Jared (Bobbi), Nicholas, Kevin, Kyle Mills and Dustin Westover; and his great grandchildren, Colby, Carly, Chloe, Ellery, Sully and Amelia.

Memorials contributions may be given to Dickinson County Home Health & Hospice or Abilene Senior Center for Meals on Wheels and may be sent in care of the Londeen-Overlease Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 411, Chapman, KS 67431.
