He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie Lahr (Gish) and Guy R. Lahr of Abilene; his siblings, Wilma and Everett; and his wives, Georgia (O'Dell) and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia; and his son-in-law Richard Orr of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
