He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen Terpening (Frager) and Vance Terpening; his wife Teresa Webb; his daughter Carol Ann; his granddaughter Camille; his stepfather Dean Cox; and his in-laws, Phyllis and Dee L. Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Terpening (Sandy), Brianna, Tia and Kristy Miller (Kelly); his grandchildren, Konlynn and Bethany; his stepsiblings, Joyce Shutts (George) and David Cox (Faye); and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Abbott (Kevin), Rhonda Renfro (Gary), Sonja Penney (Malcolm), Monica Payeur (Bruce) and Dirk Webb. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Abilene First Christian Church (612 N Buckeye Ave, Abilene, KS 67410).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Youth Camp fund at the First Christian Church of Abilene in care of the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home, 414 NW 3rd, Abilene, KS 67410.
