We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2023, at the age of 88, Edna A Pientka (Abilene, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anton Werth and Mary Werth (Wassinger); her husband John Pientka; and her children, Steve (Sherilyn Brandt) of Abilene, Connie Blodgett of Topeka, Jane Rufener (Jeff) of Abilene, Cecilia Junghans (Jay) of Topeka and Deanna Niles (Doug) of Topeka. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions to be given to the St. Andrews Catholic Church or St. Andrews Catholic School.
