David Allen Ditto Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Allen Ditto of Abilene, Kansas, who passed away on February 9, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ditto (Jack) and Olive Ditto (Forsythe); his siblings, John Ditto and Shirley Acklin; and his son David Ditto Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Janice Prater; his children, Chandra Steckman (Hank) and Troy Ditto (Darci); his grandchildren, Drew Miley, Courtney Cross (Brett), Brody Ditto and Reece Ditto; and his great grandchildren, David Miley, Dannie Mae Miley, Gracie Case, Derek Miley, Eli Case and Mack Cross.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ryan Mortuary (137 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Roselawn Memorial Park (1920 E Crawford St, Salina, KS 67401).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tammy Walker Cancer Center.
