He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R. Holt and LaVeta Holt (Marshall); and his siblings, Marilou Ikaika and James Holt. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; and his children, Kyle Holt (Cindy) of Glenwood Springs, CO and Krista Holt of Longview, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
