He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith; his children, Jeff Smith (Suzanne) and Jena Roop; his stepson Kerby Thomas (Sabine); his grandchildren, Jason (Mercedes), Jessi (Samantha), Michael (Lacey), Katlin (DJ), Whitney (Hailey), Jeffery (Brandi), Alana (Brandon), Seth (Chelsea), Madison and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Jason Jr., Payton, Elijah, Emmett, Riley, Casein, Camden, Emma, Hunter, Savannah, Jazzlyn, Isaac, Hudson, Rylee and Banks; his siblings, Jean English and Patty Willis (Donnie); and his sister-in-law Sandy Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
