With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma J. Nelson-Higgs (Zionsville, Indiana), who passed away on August 31, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oramel Musgrave and Minnie Musgrave. She is survived by: her husband Les Nelson of North Dakota; and her children, Larry Nelson (FloAnn), Beverly Sharpe and Don Nelson. She is also survived by four grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 great great granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Wilma's name can be made out to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation or the American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
