He was predeceased by: his father William Fuller Jr.; his sister-in-law Lorainne Fuller; and his mother-in-law Julie Rouse. He is survived by: his mother Gaye Fuller; his wife Connie Fuller; his children, Kathleen, Brian and Scott Fuller (Jordan); and his siblings, Mary Fuller and Bob Fuller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Wheeler Mission in honor of Bill.
