He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Rush and Edna Rush; and his brother Jacce. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Sabrina Rush and Derek Rush of Nashville, TN; the parents of children, Sheila Rush and Sean Puls of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Lilyanne, Logan, Londyn Puls and Allan Puls of Portland, OR; his siblings, Jonne (Charlene) of Bradenton, FL, Francis Rush of Evansville and Jamie Snyder (Michael) of Indianapolis; and his nieces and nephews, Jana Jo Arnold, Sandy Rush, Shenan Rush, Michael Rush, James Rush, Ray, Cassity Gardner and Winston Snyder.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Wayne's name to the American Cancer Society, the Indiana Cancer Support Community or the Fisher House Foundation.
