He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Catherine Schmelter and Rudy Francek Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, John Francek and Tracey Francek; his siblings, Michael Francek (Katie) and Catherine Francek; his grandmother Patricia June Francek; his niece Scout Francek; his aunt Donna Martin (Bob); and his uncle Rudy Francek Jr. (Chris).
