He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam and Esther; and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, S. Michael (Amanda) and Rachel Brewin (Shaun); his grandchildren, Lukas, Niklaus, Jordan, Ellie, Isaac and Alice; his brother Adam Gahn; and his pet Addie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
