He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Libby and Celia Libby (LaMont); his wife Elizabeth Libby (High); his sister Jeanette Daly; and his grandson Andrew Maddox.
He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Libby Parcell, Jennifer Libby Maddox (Jay), Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" Walker (Steve) and Robert Jeffrey Libby (Vicky). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
