He is survived by: his wife Iris; his children, Robert Oakley (Jiaxin) of Zionsville and Tammy Jackson of Lebanon; his siblings, Roger Oakley (Sheila) of St. James, MO, Mark Oakley (Cindy) of Tuscola, IL, Diane Bierman (James) of Tuscola, IL, Connie Woolsey (Dan) of Champagne, IL and Debbie Briggs (Marty) of Tuscola, IL; and his grandsons, Tyler Jackson and Austin Oakley.
