She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Glaze and Francis Glaze (Wright); her husband Allen Smith; her daughter Sherryl Davenport; and her daughter-in-law Linda Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith, Vicki Tilford (Jeff) and Ken Smith (Laura); her grandchildren, Shannon Cook (Jason), Mindy Klinedinst (Grant), Kelly Ricer (Nathan), Joe Smith (Ashley), Julie Griffith (Neal), Bryan Davenport, Mallory Loken and Rod Hendrickson; and her siblings, Judy Keith (Lowell) and Ron Glaze (Leslie). She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
