She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Ford Rhees and Maxine Veo Rhees (Campbell); and her husband Joseph Byrd. She is survived by: her children, Roc Byrd (Karlene), Kelly Ann Corbray and Scott Byrd (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Gary, Jeanette, Joseph, Sarah, Roc Jr., Benjamin, Jaime, Elizabeth, Gabriel, Alexander, Travis, Anessa, Joshua and Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Cade, Peyton, Juliette, Corinne, Nicolai, Charlotte, LeAnne and Susanna; and her siblings, Marcia Slatter (late Floyd), Donna Hutchek (Andrew) and Michael Rhees (Mary Margaret).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Conkle Funeral Home, Avon Chapel (76 N Avon Ave, Avon, IN 46123). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
