Shafer of Zionsville, Indiana, born in New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlin Shafer and Edith Shafer. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Shafer (Jones); his daughter Rachel Vining (Aaron); his granddaughter Camilla Vining; and his sister Linda Shafer.
