Blair (Scott) of Indianapolis, Darren R. Hicks of Indianapolis and Glenn D. Hicks (Sherry) of English, IN; her stepchildren, Wendy J. Heller of New York and Daniel S. Heller of Medellín, Columbia; her grandson Ryan Johnson; and her great grandchild Lily Johnson.
