It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Uryga of Zionsville, Indiana, born in Avella, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kirschner and Alta Kirschner (Winters); her siblings, Evelyn Brandenburg, Marvin Kirschner and Kenny Kirschner; and her husband Charles Novacco.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dwayne Kirschner (Rosemary) and Darla Myers of Avella; her sons, Charles Denny and Michael; her daughter-in-law Shilpa Denny; and her grandchildren, Mina Denny, Samuel Denny and Simon Denny.
She loved her church family, and helped with bookkeeping duties and knitted many quilts for charity.
