He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivien Manuel and Paul Manuel; and his daughter Stacey Twist. He is survived by: his son Steven Manuel of Venice, Florida; his grandson Raymond Twist of Perth, Australia; his sister Paulette Richardson of Bogata, Texas; and his significant other Mary Mizell of Carmel, Indiana.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
