He was predeceased by: his parents, John Everett Musgrave and Martha Melissa Musgrave (Rains). He is survived by: his brother Chauncey Rains Musgrave; his wife Portia Elaine Mutschler; his children, Michael (Lisa Foerster), Megan (Eric Moosbrugger) and Matthew (Susanne Millan); his friend Mary Ross Musgrave Green; and his grandchildren, Maya, Alexandra, Michael, Oscar, Quinten, Max, Jude, Hudson and Oliver.
