He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Franklin and Lucille Franklin; his daughter Jackie Taylor; and his grandson Shawn Franklin. He is survived by: his significant other Sandy Snider; his cousin Skip Masten; his sons, Gary Franklin (Cindy), Ronald Franklin (Jill) and Jerald Franklin; and his grandchildren, Ashley Taylor (Jonathan), Dustin Taylor (Erika), Chase Franklin, Alayna Petro (Luke) and Nellie Franklin. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
