He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Talley and Pauline Talley (Roudebush); his aunt Josephine Bradley (Jim); his uncles, Worth "Hank" Roudebush and Russell Roudebush; his parents-in-law, Fred and Mary Cannon (Schlegel); and his brother-in-law Jack Stevenson.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Bob Talley (Tammy) of Anderson and Cheryl Mattingly; his grandchildren, Jessica Talley and James Patrick "JP" Mattingly of Chicago, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Giovanni and Elijah; his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Everitt (April) and Eric Everitt (Morgan); his stepgreat-granddaughters, Brynlyn Rachelle and Avery Michelle Everitt; his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Stevenson and Thelma Hatton (Don); his cousins, Joyce Bradley Scott (Kipp) of Noblesville and James "Jimmy" Talley (Betty) of Spring City, Tennessee; and his friend Don Chambers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
