Jeremy Kirk Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2020, at the age of 47, Jeremy Kirk of Zionsville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Lonnie Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Gina; his children, Caleb, Lillian, Hazel and Gabriel; his parents, Clyde Kirk and Sophie Kirk of Beavercreek, Ohio; his siblings, Lisa of Xenia, Ohio and Jeffrey of Fairborn, Ohio; his parents-in-law, Don and Ginny Phegley; and his siblings-in-law, Scott Phegley and Jana Piantedosi (Jim) of Sullivan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, scores of friends, co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a fund to the benefit of the Kirk children, payable to SEI Private Trust Co. or by contacting Mark Hammelman at 317-575-0800.
